Returns and Refund Policy
14 Days Return Policy
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since the delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Headphones, earphones, earphone tips and headphone cups cannot be returned due to sanitary issues. We also do not accept returns on accessories that came with the purchased or given product.
To complete your return, please email email@example.com. All shipping costs occurred by the return is under your responsibility.
We also offer 14 days return period for all customers. You are allowed to request a return within 14 days of the received shipment date. Returns are also subject to the above conditions.
If you would like to return the item within this period, you are advised to use a tracking service to avoid any disputes or loss.
The customer will be responsible for the return of the item during transit, we will not be liable for any loss or damage that occurs during shipment and transit.
If your item is found to be defective, or dead on arrival due to a manufacturer’s fault, Endless Gadget will arrange a pickup service for you to return the item to us.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Exchange will only be offered if we cannot repair your item.
Exchanges are only available for products that are found to be defective during the period of 7 days. If found to be defective, we will issue you with a replacement product of the same model and color, and if unable to do so we will issue a refund to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Upon receiving your returned parcel, Endless Gadget will issue a refund within 14 business days.
A refund will be credited to the payment method used to place your order. When the refund is issued, you will receive a refund notification email.
A full refund or replacement can be issued, subject to below conditions:
- The item is bought from Endless Gadget.
- You have submitted a return authorization through email@example.com
- You have received our authorization for your request.
- You have returned your item with a copy of your receipt/invoice.
- You have returned your item unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (including all accessories, all materials, price taps, free gift etc.)
The item is returned within 14 days after the request is authorized.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75 back to Endless Gadget, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
