Thank you for your interest in the products provided by Endless Gadget. This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from Endless Gadget (the "Physical Goods").

This warranty includes an in-house, 12 months warranty from Endless Gadget for major products, including the below products:

  • Cameras and Lenses
  • Mobiles and Tablets
  • Smartwatches, Smart Wear & Smart Gear
  • Watches
  • Headphones and Speakers
  • Computers
  • Game Consoles and Remote-Control Toys

The warranty service is fulfilled by Endless Gadget instead of the manufacturer. All orders are automatically registered for the warranty- starting from the order date shown on the invoice.


What Does This Limited Warranty Cover?   


This limited warranty covers the cost of the repair of a manufacture defect or a production fault in which led to a product malfunction.

During this period, Endless Gadget will repair or replace the products that are defective (because of manufacture faults) under normal use.

What Will We Do to Correct Problems?   


Endless Gadget will repair the product at no charge or provide a replacement at no charge.

Once received the product, Endless Gadget will then warrant the product to the working specification as stated by the manufacturer. The goods as purchased in the Endless Gadget store will be warranted by us, not by the manufacturer.


How Long Does the Coverage Last?   


The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from Endless Gadget is 365 days from the date of purchase. A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good.

Please note, batteries in RC drones are eligible for 90 days in warranty only.


What Does This Limited Warranty Not Cover?   


This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:



  • Normal wear and tear, shipping and transportation issues, excessive handling, actions other than those defined by the manufacturer
  • Misuse of the product and any acts beyond reasonable control of Endless Gadget.
  • When the product has been used in tandem with unauthorised parts, or if the product has been improperly handled, stored or used.
  • Exposure to extreme temperatures and environmental conditions aside from the ones stated by the manufacturer
  • Use of sim cards standard or nonstandard. This includes but is not limited to, incorrect sized SIMs, external SIM modules or modified SIMs.
  • Degradation of performance or actual damage that resulted from the use of spare parts or other replaceable items that are neither made nor recommended by the manufacturer.
  • Damaged display due to improper usage.
  • Exposure to moisture in any manner, resulting in and not limited to, oxidation, corrosion or short circuiting.
  • If the serial number and/or IMEI numbers have been altered in any way.
  • The product’s serial number has been made illegible or removed.
  • Connection of other accessories or devices to the product of which were not approved by the original manufacturer or Endless Gadget.
  • Non-Manufacturer’s defect on camera lens
  • Third party software or settings that may be applied after the release of the product from the manufacturer.
  • Any accidental or malicious damage.
  • Modification to the product and/or software, by someone other than our representatives
  • Connection of other software to the product which were not approved by us.
  • Loss or damage of data.
  • Connecting the product to a network not approved by us, or if you have made changes to your operating or network system.

Please also note:




This limited warranty does not cover:

  • Batteries of RC toys after the period of 90 days
  • Damage or loss caused by non-manufacturing defects
  • Damaged or loss caused by negligence – Flying in places with interference issues, attaching weights to the drone etc

Endless Gadget will also not be liable for damage caused by the drone.


Water-Resistant Items


This limited warranty does not cover:

Liquid damage sustained by the improper use or mistreatment of any water-resistant item. Such as using the item in non-recommend environments, or in non-recommended liquids.

  • Damage due to impact, exceeding recommended depths, etc.

Please be advised that the warranty offered is strictly for the purchased item only.

We will also send the faulty Waterproof case to the manufacturer for pressure testing. The buyer will be responsible for the repair fee if the test is passed and any transportation costs is required.




This limited warranty does not cover the accessories that come with the item.


What Do You Have to Do?   


To obtain warranty service, you must first send us an email with the subject: “Warranty Service” and your order number included. You will then receive further instructions on how to proceed.

General Terms


  • Endless Gadget is not responsible for the consumables or accessories that come with this product. The order number needs to be provided; therefore, we would suggest keeping a copy of the purchase order confirmation or receipt.
  • We will replace your product if the fault is too extensive. Products of the same or higher value will be given.
  • For local repairs, you would need to obtain authorisation from Endless Gadget and the location of the service centre may be determined by us.
  • You will be responsible for the return shipment of the product if the issue is not covered by this warranty
  • You will be responsible for the cost of the repair if the issue is not covered by this warranty.
